Furthermore, he says what everyone already believes that this legislation&#8217;s costs are vastly underestimated and it&#8217;s impact on American families will fall far short of President Obama and Speaker Pelosi&#8217;s &#8220;grand vision.&#8221;  Finally, as Speaker Pelosi stated yesterday to liberal bloggers, &#8220;this is only the beginning&#8221; and more efforts to further socialize medicine are waiting in the wings.  <br />
